Mr. Slave

On my way to the bus stop, I came across this billboard.

I think it says,

"If you are crazy....... about style"

"Do you believe in elves?"

Disappointment

I bet I had just disappointed someone in the U.S. who googled *deep throat  foot long* and came up with this http://moose69.blogspot.com/2009/11/foot-long-deep-throat.html

AND, I bet Steffen would like to know that his picture from my blog will come up as a search word photo for *deep throat foot long*.

Collectormania Convention

Far Out Effects

Indiana Jones and Catwoman

Villains and the Heroes can sit in harmony like Humans and Fish.

Bronson Pelletier from New Moon

Rhys-Davis, Gimli,  who I enjoyed listening too.  Great man.

Gimli did not know there was an Orc in the crowd.

Creator of Far Our Effects, Anders Lerche.

Lerche with his tiny fan.

Copenhagen, Denmark

Ahhhhh.... Copenhagen during the misty, darkening early evening.

After leaving the Collectormania Convention, we decided to walk to Ankarah's Turkish restaurant.

A nice walk it was and a photographing buffet for me.

The King was showing me some tricks to my camera and took this first shot while we were waiting for the train to leave from our town.

It's always nice to get away from our small boring, conservative town to enjoy more culture and the many restaurants.  Go Copenhagen!

Sweet Dreams From Uncle Freddy

One, two, Freddy's coming for you.
Three, four better lock your door.

Led Zeppelin Jam

Had a very unusual weekend.  Not that I am complaining.  It was great... but unusual.

Saturday evening we went to see a Led Zeppelin Jam in Slagelse, and probably one of the only way I will ever hear music from one of my all time favorite bands.

These guys were fun and not bad, but it would of been great if I heard D'yer m'aker.  I think that's what it's called.

Fun night with super fun peeps.

Thanks guys.

My little curly top

She loved her new green slide.

She works hard for the money

I hate Fridays!  I hate that I HAVE to go to bed early on Thursdays.  I hate that I have to get up at 5:30  in the morning, well I actually get up at 6:00 because I get tired of hitting the snooze button, but still, I HATE FRIDAYS.

With my mug of strong coffee in hand, I wait patiently for the early morning bus.

Friday mornings.  It's cold.  It's always drizzling.  It's dark.

Du er fedt

Earlier today, I took some time out of my work schedule and sat down to look at a magazine with one of the kids.  It was a clothing catalog that I had giving him a while back where you can buy Rock T-shirts, Goth clothing, boots, belts, etc...

One of the things that I saw that he tagged was colored contacts.  So I did the ultimate and showed him a picture I took, about 4 years ago in Houston, of myself wearing red-eyed contacts.  I was at a Halloween party, but he didn't need to know that.

He then told me in Danish, "Du er fedt"  because I was 40 and liked to wear concert and Rock t-shirts.  Oh... and that I knew A LOT about music.

I thought that was sweet of him to say and it made my day.

Laser cat

She always hangs out with me in the morning, watching my every move.
She knows when I am preparing breakfast, she'll get a little for herself.

I love my laser cat.

Need

I find it interesting that she fought the rain, wind, and late evening chill to smoke a cig.

Apparently it was all worth it. :)

Straight out of high school and only 19.

Strange to see him with short hair and big dumbo ears.

Thanks future daughter-in-law for your pictures.

The march

I wish I was there to see him graduate. I guess it's the price to pay when you decide to live abroad. Nevertheless, I am proud of him and hope he finds his nitch as a Marine.
