Here's a photo I found, submitted by a Tony Gutierrez in the Houston Chronicle, of an alligator crossing Gulfway Drive that's located on the north side of the Bolivar Peninsula. This is after Hurricane Ike struck the Texas Gulf Coast.
As a child, I remember my dad listening to Deep Purple. It's a band that I never got into during my early adulthood, even though I did enjoy the few times I'd hear them either at the billiard hall or occasional radio playing time on 93.7 The Arrow.
Now today, I am in awe that my daughter is asking Kingkeld to download Deep Purple onto her phone. It's freaking awesome actually.
I have the coolest kid.
Before the concert, we stopped off for a bite to eat. We found a really nice restaurant just down the street of K & B Hallen.
