Weight Loss

My husband is on a journey of weight loss. He is on a 2000 calorie diet and had already lost approximately 16 pounds. He wanted to show me what 16 pounds could be compared to.

See the ham he's holding. That is 16 pounds.

It's interesting after we moved to Denmark, we had lost weight as it is... but to continue the journey is very brave. I am very proud of him.

As I took another look at the photo... looks like the two skulls are biting into the ham.

While the boys were visiting Denmark, we took them to Eskebjerg Lyng.

After spending the evening with Helle and her family, we our 1-mile walk back to the apartment. It was about 10:30 pm when we left and we were astonished that the sun was setting around that time.
